Merging one term into another

Lucía tagged Counting Pumpkin Seeds with Pumpkin; Ana later typed Pumpkins on another lesson. Ben merged Pumpkin into Pumpkins, so there's one keyword.

A merge moves every tag from one term to the other, in every language and in what both editors and readers see, then deletes the first term. Its labels become synonyms of the term it was merged into, so typing Pumpkin still finds Pumpkins.

Try it: compare the keywords on Counting Pumpkin Seeds' two saved versions, then read Pumpkins' synonyms.

The merge changed the lesson without saving a new version: its history and its last save are as Ana left them, and it's still published. Its older saved version still points at Pumpkin, which no longer exists. The tools keep a deleted keyword's label, so that version shows Pumpkin, marked as deleted since and merged into Pumpkins.
