A type of content is a set of fields
In Word or Google Docs, a lesson is a document you shape however you like. In the tools, every lesson has the same parts, called fields: a title, a code, its minutes, and so on.
A type of content, such as a lesson, is its set of fields. Each lesson fills them in with its own values.
Try it: select a part of the page, and see which field it comes from.
The page is one way to show the fields; another tool could lay them out differently. What you write is the values.
