What you see and what readers see
Ana saved the Telling Time Teach Book on 16 March with a new title. Teachers using it still see the old one.
Every resource has two versions. The working version is the newest save: the one you and other editors see and change. The published version is the one readers get, and it changes only when a curriculum manager publishes. So a writer's saves aren't what readers get until then.
Try it: compare the title and file name in the two columns.
Ana can go on saving, and readers see none of it until Ben publishes. A half-finished save never reaches a classroom, and a curriculum manager decides when readers get the change.
