Replacing a file

Ben published this Teach Book in May. Later, Ana replaces its PDF with a revised one, marked “Revised” across its first page.

Your saves wait for a curriculum manager to publish them. A file doesn't: files have no working and published versions, so readers get a replacement right away. If you've used Strapi's media library, it's the same there.
