Each language's own history
Ana has saved the English Quarter Hours Teach Book three times, and Lucía has saved its Spanish version twice. Ben published each language once.
Every save is kept, as “Saving” showed, and each language keeps its own history: its own saves, by whoever wrote them, with its own “Working” and “Published” markers. A save in Spanish isn't a save in English, and publishing one language doesn't publish the other.
Try it: compare where the “Published” marker sits in the two histories.
English readers get Ana's save of 26 March, and editors see her newer save of 20 April, which isn't published yet. Spanish readers get Lucía's newest save, of 9 April. When Ben publishes Ana's newest save, only the English marker moves: the Spanish history stays as it is.
